GET READY – Our kickboxing program reaches ALL level of fitness and abilities. Our members range from 12 to 58 years of age. All kickboxing members get ranked according to their abilities. This is not only a workout but a martial arts experience.

UNLIKE OTHER GYMS AND FITNESS CENTERS – Paragon Kickboxing’s coaching staff is comprised of certified trainers who work with ALL levels of fitness. We want to get all your punches and kicks crisp and sharpened with repetitive bag and mitt circuit training. This kickboxing class DOES NOT have sparring. You will not any contact with fellow members except for holding pads and mitts.
